She is survived by: her children, Curtis Dale Shirkey, Jeffrey Wayne Shirkey, Donald Ray Shirkey of Hunter, Debra Smith of London, Kirsten Faye Crouch of London and Peyton Dale Crouch of London; and her sibling Wanda Hawk of London.
