She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Don Hensley; her parents, Ishmael Chaffins and Effie Chaffins (Combs); her children, Jacquline Collett and Benny Hensley; and her siblings, Esta Cornett, Spencer Chaffins, Lewis Chaffins, Raymond Chaffins, Ray Chaffins and Benny Chaffins.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Campbell of Lexington and Johnny Ray Hensley of Corbin; her siblings, Irene Ritchie of Fisty and Lona Mae Linder of Smilax; and her grandchildren, Byron Montana Collett, Rodney Collett, Jennifer Hensley, John Travis Hensley, Tara Campbell and Brandon Hensley.
