He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Moore and Minerva Moore; his wife Lela Moore (Proffitt); and his siblings, Eula Moore, Edna Moore and Harold Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristi Peters (Shannon) of London, Michelle Buttery (Virgi) of London and Lisa Buttery (Scotty) of London; and his siblings, Betty Carpenter of London Kentucky and Lester Moore of London Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to London Funeral Home to cover funeral expenses.
