She was predeceased by: her husband Burley Shephard; her sons, Finley and Robert Lee Shephard; her parents, John F. Creech and Martha Creech (Gross); and her siblings, Betty Jo Creech Moore, Etta June Creech, Arthur Creech and Jim Creech.

She is survived by: her children, Starlin Shephard of London, Gene S.
