She is survived by: her husband Elmer Couch of London, KY; her daughter Audrey Fuson Wells (Greg) of Hyden, KY; her stepchildren, Lisa Couch Walker of Richmond, IN and Mark Couch (Stephanie); her sisters, Bertha Gay of London, KY and Lois Feltner Begley (Everett) of Hyden, KY; her grandchildren, Gavin Wells, Kayla Sabo, Amanda Bannon Austin Henson, Justin Couch and Jordan Couch; and her great grandchildren, Kaisley Sabo, Baby Wells, Malachi Bannon and Angel Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
