H.) and Dora Gabbard McCollum; her husband Charles Victor Binder; her siblings, Bert Jo McCollum (Cookie) and Elise Moyer; her brother-in-law Ross Parker; her parents-in-law, Francis Binder and Pearl Binder; and her siblings-in-law, Gerald Binder, Beverly Binder, Albert Binder and Frank Wilson Jr. (Hank).
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Jo; her great grandchild Cora Layne Brown of Hebron, Kentucky.; her sisters, Louise Parker of East Bernstadt, Rosella Williams (James) and Pearl Jean Hughes (Larry); her sisters-in-law, Gladys McCollum of London, Alma Binder Wilson of London, Loucille Binder Cornett (Roy Jr.) of London and Patricia Binder of London; her nephews, Jimmy Parker, Bobby Parker, Mike Williams, Dale Wilson and Jody Binder; her grandson Jordan Brown; her great grandchild Miss Cora Layne Brown; her nieces and nephews, Diane Sharp, Vera Benge, Leisha Combs, Christy George, Brenda Roberts, Mitzi Sizemore, Debbie Sams, Kathy Walden, Karen Carpenter, Renee Blair, Jerry Binder and Jason Binder; and also, Rick, Jordan and Amanda.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Swiss Colony Cemetery.
