She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Boffo of London, KY, David Sizemore of Happy, KY and Michael Scott Sizemore (LeAnn) of London, KY; her sisters, Deborah Everidge of Hazard, KY and Elizabeth Morgan of Somerset, KY; and her daughter-in-law Jane Ann Verhoeven of Berea, KY.
