She is survived by: her spouse Larry Smith of London; her children, Tonya Smith and Gary Smith; her siblings, Evelyn Estep of Manchester, Joann Hoskins of Jackson and Glen Edwards of Barbourville; and her grandchildren, Katelyn Smith and Chaz Woolum.
