She was predeceased by: her spouse Eddy Penley; her parents, Walter Turner (Jack) and Evelyn Minton Turner; and her siblings, Charles Turner and Enna Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Massingale (Joe) of London, Mark Penley of London and Tony Penley of London; her siblings, Kenneth Turner (Phyllis) of Rogersville and Iva Burkhart (Nick) of Big Rock; her siblings-in-law, David Smith of Cincinnati, Ethelene Turner of Rogersville, Bob and Linda Cornett of Evarts; her grandchildren, Jessica Davis (Denvil) of London, Brad Penley of London and Jordan Penley (Alexandrea) of Littonton; and her great grandchildren, Annie and Emma Davis.
