She is survived by: her children, April Dawn Hammack (James) of London, KY, Timothy Green Maxey Jr. of London, KY and Kristy LeAnn Eversole (William) of London, KY; her siblings, Edna Rush of London, KY, Kenneth Gross of Corbin, KY, Phyllis Simpson of London, KY and Charlie Gross of Florida; her grandchildren, Abigail Hammack, Frank Hammack, Cheyanne Hammack, Anthony Hammack, Bobbie LeAnn Phillips and Casey Stevenson; and her great grandchild Rylie Brummett.
