She is survived by: her children, Patrick Warren Fletcher of London, Kentucky. and Jeannie Zanet (David) of London, Kentucky.; her siblings, Judy Bartee of Dayton, Dennis Hensley of South Carolina and Janice Banks of London, Kentucky.; her grandsons, Josh Zanet (Lydia) and Jared Zanet; and her great grandchildren, Cayleigh Zanet and Alaina Zanet.
