She is survived by: her husband Paul Gregory Church; her daughters, Amy Hoskins of Hyden and Ginger Bray of London; her stepchildren, Angie Goins of Hyden, Charlie Goins of Hyden, Steven Goins of Michigan, Kyle Gregory Church (Magen) of Myrtle Beach, Kelly Church (Angie) of London and Leshay Goins of London; her siblings, Jan Raynor of Florida and Dennis Brock of Hyden; and her pet Cricket. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-granchildren.
