He is survived by: his wife Nancy Caskey Hicks; his children, Danny of London, Tracy of London and Sherry Hicks of London; and his siblings, Carol Sizemore, Lisa Ward of Brazil, IN, Hazel Simpson of Nicholasville, Mae Lorman of London, William and Wayne Hicks of London, KY.
