She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lawson and Mary Johnson Lawson; her husband Robert Hammack; her siblings, Vela Abbott, Edith Stewart (Ernest), James "Bud" Lawson (Eva), Dutch Lawson, Janie Onkst (Estill), Phyllis Evans (Arvel), Clyde Lawson (Sabra), Joann Lawson and Marvin Lawson; and her brothers-in-law, Leonard McDougall and Junior Sturgill.
She is survived by: her son Stacey; her siblings, Ruth Hampton (Homer) of London, Betty Gray of London, Fred Lawson (Janice) of London, Sue Volz (Bill) of London and Mary McDougall of Chelsea, Michigan; her sisters-in-law, Bert Lawson of London and Mary Lou Lawson of London; and her nephews, Kenneth Onkst and Johnny Keith Lawson. She is also survived by seven nieces, twenty one nephews plus many cousins and other family and friends.
