She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Adams; her parents, Ralph Perry George and Lula Depew George; and her siblings, Paul George and Norma Adams.
She is survived by: her daughter Glenda Kay Hatfield (Little Orphan Annie); her siblings, Glen George (Jewell) of London, KY, Roger George (Vickie) of London, KY and Lois Thomas (Sam) of London, KY; her stepgrandsons, Matthew, Andrew and Jacob; and her pet Bandit. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
