He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Settle of London and Larry Wayne Settle of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his siblings, Carl Settle of Tampa, Florida, Jack Settle of Indianapolis, Indiana, Robbie Settle of London, Brenda Killion of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and Barbara Rednour of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; and his grandchild Paetyn Settle.
