We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2019, at the age of 71, Larry Dean Smith (London, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Smith and Sara "Sadie" Moore Smith; and his brother Bill Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Vires Smith; his children, Mitzi Smith Jones (Brandon) of London, KY and Jason Dean Smith of London, KY; his siblings, Patricia Ivey of London, KY and Johnny Smith (Phyllis) of Lily, KY; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Norvell, Brett Norvell and Halle Norvell.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the South Laurel Volleyball and Softball Scholarship Fund, c/o Lauren Wombles Taylor, P. O. Box 2351, London, KY 40743.
