He is survived by: his wife Mae Smith (Brock) of London; his children, Kenneth Wayne Smith of Manchester, Veronica Jackson (Eric) of Manchester and Kimberly Jackson (Ryan) of London, Kentucky; his mother Hester Smith (Wagers) of London, Kentucky; his siblings, Jim Chad Smith (Penny) of London, Reece Smith (Teresa) of Manchester, Marlene Pennington (Charlie) of Manchester, Cheryl Smith of Manchester, Sherry Smith of Manchester, Tammie Marcum of Jackson County, Kentucky. and Jimmy Henson of Manchester, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Braxton Jackson, Maleah Jackson, Rylan Jackson, Ryder Jackson, Bryson Smith and Kinsley Jackson.
