He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ernestine Rush (Ivey); his sons, Jeff Rush (Maria) of London, Kentucky., Ted Rush of London, Kentucky. and Eric Rush (Angela) of London, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Elmer Rush Jr of London, Kentucky., Doris Reams of London, Kentucky. and Roy Dean Rush of London, Kentucky.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
