She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Breedlove (James) of Fortville, Claude Crook of London, Brenda Crook of London, Linda Crook of London and Patty Parman (Willard) of Monroe; and her siblings, Clayton Allen of London, Doug Allen of London, Betty Day of London, Ruby White of London and Verlie Puckett of Beckley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
