He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Arthur and Edna Mae Binder (Jones); his brother William Binder (Bill); and his brother-in-law E. G. Clay (Junior). He is survived by: his children, Lucas Binder (Jennifer) and Deena Binder Crum (Bradley) of Middletown; his granddaughters, Katherine Binder, Olivia and Machaila Crum; and his siblings, Emogene Clay of Louisville, Estalene Clay (Jim) of Winterhaven, Jack Binder (Judy) and Earl Wayne Binder of London.
