She is survived by: her husband Harold Bates; her children, Carolyn Thompson of London, Deana Smallwood (Nathan) of Manchester and Harold Bates, Jr. (Beverly) of Benton; her siblings, Phyllis Lewis of West Carrollton and Bryan Thompson (Juanita) of Miamisburg; her grandchildren, Brandon Thompson (Courtney Smith), Joshua Thompson, Nathan Matthew (Ryan Smallwood), Tyler Dean (Zachary Clay Bates) and Letisha (Jared Arnold); and her great grandchild Hunter Smith.
