She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Williams; her son Scott Vires; her parents, Mahal Vires, Sr. and Maxine Elizabeth Vires (Wells); and her siblings, Lisa Vires, Peggy Johnson, Thelma Bowling and Donald Vires.

She is survived by: her siblings, Vicky Fields (Todd) of East Bernstadt, Phyllis Wright (Patty McHargue), Phillip W. Vires (Paul Vires) and Mahal Vires, Jr. (Wanda) of Hicksville, Ohio.; her close friend Brenda Reams of London, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Brayden Vires of London and Aubrey Vires of London; and her great grandchild Lydia Creech of London, Kentucky..
