She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Mills and Stella Smallwood Mills; and her brother William Edward Mills. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Cobb; her daughter Charla Wagers (Steven) of London; and her grandchildren, Will Wagers and Abby Wagers.

In lieu of flowers, the family has respectfully requested that donations be made to the First Baptist Church - Heart for House Foundation.
