She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cecil Smith and Wilma Jean Boso Smith; her spouse Eddie Lee Johnson; her son Brian Lyndon Johnson; her sister Dorothy Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Clayton Pennington and Mitch Roberts.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mike Smith (Nancy) of Parkersburg, Carole Pennington of Liberty Township and Shirley Roberts of London. She is also survived by one niece, three nephews, six great-nieces, and six great-nephews.
