She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hensley and Dorothy Faeizer Hensley; her husband Vernon Smith; and her sisters, Bonnie Mills and Nancy McGraw.
She is survived by: her sons, James Smith (Brenda) of Kimball and Tommy Smith of London; her siblings, Judia Hensley of Kimball, Henry Hensley of Tennessee, James Hensley of Florida and George Hensley of Grays, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jesse Smith, Brian Smith and Wendy Smith; and her great grandchildren, Alyssah, Julia, Emily, James, Alexandra, Coral, Austin, Madison and Blake.
