She is survived by: her son Tim McFadden (Brenda) of London, KY; her siblings, Honey Cottongim, Mildred Bales, Madge Moore (Dick), Peggy Greer (Rex), Gene Hamm (June), Richard Hamm, John Hamm and Christy Murray; her grandchildren, Chastity Banks and Rachel McFadden; her great grandchildren, Taylor Baker and Kenton Banks; and her pet Kadi.
