He is survived by: his stepchild Gunner Callum Jackson of London, Kentucky.; his parents, Pete Booth and Jill Booth of Corbin, Kentucky.; his brother Brian Tyler Booth (Margot) of Louisville, Kentucky.; his close friends, Cody Driggers of Corbin and Montana Walker of Nashville, Tennessee.; and also Jillian Balog (Bernhardt) of St. Petersburg, Florida..
