He is survived by: his children, Betty Parker of London, KY, David Dugger (Letisha) of London, KY, Patricia Johnson (Curtis) of London, KY and Johnny Wayne Dugger (Regina) of London, KY; his siblings, Darlene Neely of London, KY, Leo Dugger (Peggy) of Indianapolis, IN and Ronnie Dugger of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Matt Parker, Wes Parker, John David Dugger, Dreama Wright, Cody Dugger, Amanda Sprinkles, Charlene Henson, Wayne Harris, Jeffrey Dugger, Justin Johnson and Jon Cole Dugger; his great grandchildren, Wes Wright, J. D. Wright, Trevin Dugger, Taylor Dugger, Zach Parker, Austin Sprinkles, Adison Sprinkles, Angel Sprinkles, Conner Carroll, Tori Dugger, Ayden Dugger and Haven Ledford; and his niece Ruth Ann Morgan.
