He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Johnson and Jean Tuttle Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Wagers; his children, Christopher Johnson (Betsy) and Kristy Gray (Jeremy) of Manchester, KY; his sisters, Connie Massingal (Billy) of Jacksboro, TN and Aileen Skeen (Larry) of LaFollette, TN; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Haley Gray, Carson and Elijah Johnson.
