He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Smith of New Carlisle, OH, Regina Clark (Filmore) of London, KY, Teresa Huff (Ronnie) of London, KY and Morgan Smith of New Carlisle, OH.; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Davis of Denver, CO; his stepgrandchild Dee; his nephew Gary Smith (Lori) of Chattanooga, TN; his sisters, Patricia Isham (Melvin) of Dayton, OH and Pamela Sizemore (William) of Miamisburg, OH.; his grandchildren, Justin Clark, Zach Huff, Karena Singleton and John A. Clark; and his great grandchildren, John Hudson Clark, Jonah Clark, Juniper Laurel Clark, Sterling Filmore Clark and Ezra Ruick Huff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
