He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Madon and Opal Rucker Madon; and his brother Edward Craig Madon. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy M. Madon of Lexington, KY and Dr. Ashley M. Thompson (Lee Thompson) of Newberry, FL; his grandson Levi Rucker Thompson of Newberry, FL; and his sister Vicki C. Byrne (Mikel Byrne) of Easley, SC..
