He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Sizemore; his father John C. Sizemore; his stepfather Raymond Baker; his sister Linda Sanders; and his close friend Brenda Powers.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Baker; his siblings, Rebecca Hinkle (Michael), Lora Jewell (Harold), Christopher Sizemore and Sydney R. Sizemore; and his brother-in-law Jim Sanders. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, family and friends.
