She is survived by: her husband Ronald Urbanski; her children, Miranda Jeffries of Toledo, Ohio, Ronald Urbanski of Toledo and Anthony Urbanski of Somerset; her stepdaughter Kathy Scaggs; and her siblings, Kimmy Chizmar, Joey Chizmar, Steven Chizmar and Christy Mewhorter Ratliff.
