She is survived by: her husband Scott Burkhart; her children, Bailey Geller (Alex) of Guam, Madison Jones (Bradley) of Keavy, KY, Kenzie Roark (Shane) of Chillicothe, OH and Jeb Burkhart of London, KY; and her grandchildren, Clay, Bryson, Sadie, Coraleigh, Sydney, Odette and Oscar.
