She is survived by: her children, Bobby Smith (Donna) of Manchester, KY, Delbert Smith of London, KY and June Smith of Manchester, KY; her siblings, Pliney Whitehead of London, KY and Pearl Asher of Leslie Co; and her grandchildren, Patricia Smith, Ashley Smith, Christopher Smith, Jessica Leas, Lacey King and Bobby Dewayne Smith.
