She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Woods; and her parents, Ford Carter and Rebecca Davis Carter. She is survived by: her children, Bernie Woods (Beth) of London, Kentucky and Jamie Beecham (James) of London, Kentucky; her grandmother Jaya Gilbert (Kevin); her great-grandparent Callie Gilbert of London, Kentucky; and her siblings, Barbara Cox of London and Janice Acciardo of East Bernstadt.
