She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Webb and Nettie Isaacs Webb; her foster parent Jessie Cox; and her brother J. C. Webb. She is survived by: her foster parent Trela Cox; her husband Paul Roark; her children, Tasha Mason (Jacob) of Corbin and Michael Stidham (Amanda) of London; her siblings, Tabitha Adams (Charles) of Letcher County, Timothy Isaac (Heather) of Wheelwright, James Webb of Breathitt County and Chris Webb of Letcher County, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Blayze Stidham and Blakleigh Stidham.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
