It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie L. Phillips of London, Kentucky, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Phillips; her parents, William Henry Eaton and Myretha Lee Helton Eaton; and her brother Dorman Caudill. She is survived by: her children, Eugenia Eaton of East Bernstadt, KY and Jeffery Gene Smith of London, KY; her siblings, Raymond Eaton of London, KY, Cellis Ray Eaton of Alexandria, KY and Alice Bright of Georgetown, KY; and her grandchildren, Louetta Sigrimis, Travis Cunnagin, Larry Cunnagin, Brooklyn Smith, Jackson Smith and J. Bugg Smith.
