He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Sizemore and Opal Blankenship Sizemore; and his siblings, Norma Jean Sizemore, James Ledford Sizemore (J. L.), Evelyn Sizemore, Maretta Sizemore, Leonard Sizemore and Paul Sizemore.
He is survived by: his wife Beulah Hubbard Sizemore; his children, April Stewart (James) and James "Jamie" Clinton Sizemore (Tammy) of London, KY; his sisters, Pauline Proffitt (Bobby) of London, KY and Lillian Ritchie of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Angelica McFadden (Brad), Jarrod Stewart, Joshua Sizemore, Lindsey Weaver (Ryan) and Samuel Sizemore (Mackenzie); his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Waters, Jala Gabbard, Maverick Gabbard, Carson Liford, Colton Liford and Weston Weaver; his stepgranddaughter Amelia McFadden; and his close friends, Bill Cole, Howard Ramsey and Danny Evans.
