We bid farewell to Jennie Lou Cheek of London, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 3, 2025 at the age of 65. Jennie Lou touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Dean Smallwood Smith of Manchester and Raymond Smith; her husband Gary Cheek; and her niece Melinda Mills. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Riley, Rebecca Lynn Cheek, Rodney Cheek of London and Terry Cheek (Rebecca) of London; her grandchildren, Micalal Riley, Gary Riley, Cabela Riley, Ashley Cheek and Kari Cheek; her great grandchildren, Ellie Mae and Anna Rose; her brothers, Glenn Smith (Dale) of Buckhorn and Ricky Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Wagers, Little Ricky Smith, Paige Smith, Morgan Wagers, Josh Smith and Jonathon Smith.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
