He is survived by: his wife Hattie Lyles Smith; his daughters, Jennifer Kay Smith (Ryan Owens) of London and Sarah Jean Smith (Trevor Hughes) of East Bernstadt, KY; his siblings, Charles Ray Smith of London, Johnny David Smith of London, Kayla Nicole Riley of London, Crystal Gail Wagers of London, Sandra Lois Helton of Greenup, KY and Rebecca Sue Amos of Kingston, GA; and his grandchildren, Ayden Paul, Alyssa Jean, Ashton Kyle Hughes, Jastin Lito Miller, Lucas Gregory Smith, Lotus Aurora, Dominie Steven Brown and Artus Shane Owens.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expense.
