He was predeceased by: his parents, William Claude Whitis and Linda Whaley Cook. He is survived by: his son Raymond Jeffery Robinson of London; his stepfather Mike Cook of Burlington, Kentucky; and his siblings, Bridgett Marksbery (Wes) of Burlington, Christina Whitis Nantz (Charles) of London and Mike Cook (Jessica) of Hebron, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expense.
