She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Ann Howell (Carl) of London; her siblings, Ronnie Trivett of Pittsburg, Bobby Trivett of Bellbrook, Rita Vaughn of London and Claudia Howard of Chillicothe, Ohio; and her granddaughter Kristin Paige Howell.
