Jean Phelps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Phelps (London, Kentucky), born in Barnesville, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Rex Craig and Auna Frances Craig; her husband Jack Cooper Phelps; and her brother John David Craig. She is survived by: her children, Susan Phelps of London, Jacque Phelps (Vickie) of London, Kerry Phelps (Jane) of London, Lisa Phelps Kuepfer (Joe) of London and Derek Phelps (Terri) of Lexington; her sister Mary Clark of Cheyenne; and her sister-in-law Judith Craig of St. Clairsville, Ohio.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
