She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Carpenter and Eula Margaret Dunigan Carpenter; her husband Chester N. Scoville; and her brother Billy Ray Carpenter. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Scoville Nottingham (Greg) of Waxhaw; her siblings, Ronald Dean Carpenter (Dorothy) of Georgetown and Deanna Carpenter Trimarchi (John) of Deland, Florida; and her grandchildren, Chad Nottingham (Alicia), Emily Nottingham (J. D. Wilhelm), Madeline Nottingham Sroczynski (Gavin) and Drew Nottingham. She is also survived by nephews and one niece, 3 step-children, 13 step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; plus a host of other family friends.
