She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles P. Goins and Ruby H. McClenney; and her brothers, Kenneth, Herbert and Michael Glenn Goins.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas of Lexington, Kentucky; and her siblings, Brenda McCauley of Ludlow, Eleesa Goins of Ladylake, Florida, Charles Wayne Goins Skiatook and Vernon Goins of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
