She is survived by: her children, Tamra Blair of London, KY, Buddy Blair (Vicki) of London, KY and Barry Blair (Robin) of London, KY; her brother David Spivey (Matilda) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, Shawn Overbey, Blair Vorbeck (Tyler), Cameron Cornett, Nik Blair (Courtney), Alex Brabec (Russ), Gabe Blair (Sydney), Cody Blair, Cassie Blair and Makayla Blair.
