He is survived by: his parents, James Arthur Fields of Lily and Kathy Warwick Fields of London, Kentucky.; his wife Benita Smith Fields of London; his children, Morgan Rigney (Jonathan) of London, Jacob Fields (Hannah) of London, Kaylee Fields of London, Jace Fields of London, Maddox Fields of London, Mason Fields of London and Peyton Phillips of Brandenburg, Kentucky.; his sister Heather Fields of Corbin; his grandchild Kash Rigney; and his cousin Brittney Warwick.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
