He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Joseph Brummett and Maxine Jackson; his wife Martha Etta McCracken Brummett; and his siblings, Hobert Brummett and Loretta Schwab.
He is survived by: his children, Trena Gardner (Richard) of Lynn, Indiana and Erich Brummett of Carlos, Indiana; his grandchildren, Brandie Lowe, Brandon Brummett (Kayanna) and Jennifer Kmiec; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Aiden, Kian and Erich; his siblings, Wesley Brummett of Rising Sun, Indiana, Donna Jean Payne of Rising Sun, Indiana, Albert Brummett of Seven Point, Texas, Verlie Covington of Lynn, Indiana, Sue Allen of Lynn, Indiana, Mervin Brummett of Richmond, Indiana, Kay Hubbard of London and Herman Brummett of Winchester, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Rose Brummett of Richmond, Indiana.
